Beef Cattle

                                   Willow Spring Farms of Emerald, Wisconsin raises Polled Hereford Beef Cattle.                                 Polled Herefords are docile, fast growing animals with excellent quality, lean meat.

                        Our cattle are grass fed and free of antibiotics and growth hormones.  They roam grass pastures from May                         through October and are fed home grown alfalfa hay and grain through the Wisconsin winter months.  It takes                                            us longer to raise our cattle this way but we pride ouselves in raising healthy animals and producing quality                         beef for the health conscious consumer.

    We are a small operation, averaging 10 to 12 cow/calf pairs a year allowing us the time to handle and properly care for our herd.
